Full time, 07:30 xc3xa2xe2x82xacxe2x80x9c 16:30 Mondayxc3xa2xe2x82xacxe2x84xa2s to Fridayxc3xa2xe2x82xacxe2x84xa2s. Please note that overtime and standby support can be required. Essential Qualification: Qualification Essential Competency xc3x82 xc3x82 Grade 12 A+ N+ xc3x82 xc3x82 Soft skills certificates ITIL Foundation V3 Preferred Qualifications: Certificate in CompTIA A+/N+ International or Equivalent is Essential.xc3x82 MCSExc3x82 Experience required: 1-2 year server, network and desktop support experience. 3 Years practical in-service delivery; desktop support; Network Support. Duties/ Responsibilities: Responsible for repairing, troubleshooting and installing hardware of new faulty laptops and desktops. Replace Installing of new desktop and laptops. Windows 10 Software installation, support and troubleshooting of 3 rd party applications. Support Sasol Applications on Android and IOS devices. To ensure that all open tickets are managed within the SLA. To reach efficiency target. Work environment: Office, industrial plant and mine operations environment. xc3x82 Physical Demands: Install / collect (Computer equipment) laptop/desktop and monitors.
