Field Service Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Install, commission, and troubleshoot automation and control systems (PLC, SCADA, HMI, etc.) at client sites
Provide on-site technical support and training to clients
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automation equipment
Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system upgrades and modifications
Document service visits, prepare reports, and maintain service records
Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during fieldwork
Travel to customer locations, sometimes at short notice

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field
Proven experience with automation systems (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and Schneider Electric)
Hands-on experience in programming and troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently
