About CoinFlip And This Contract Position

CoinFlip operates one of the world's largest cryptocurrency ATM networks, allowing customers to buy and sell crypto using cash or bank transfer. We have ATMs in major shopping malls across South Africa and an OTC desk for larger transactions. We are recruiting Field Sales Representatives on a 2-month contract over the November 15th to January 15th period to assist customers with wallet setup, ATM use, and OTC onboarding. This role is focused on Johannesburg locations, including Southgate Shopping Center, Benmore Shopping Center, Rosebank Mall, Greenstone Shopping Center, plus other major malls in the Johannesburg area.

Contract Details

Term: 3 months (possible renewal based on performance) Location: Southgate Shopping Center, Benmore Shopping Center, Rosebank Mall, Greenstone Shopping Center, plus other major malls in the Johannesburg area Hours: Mall trading hours, including weekends and public holidays

Pay: R7 500 per month-

Commission

: Between R5 000 and R12 000 per month, depending on verified customer sign-ups, wallet activations, and completed transactions Training: A 2-day paid training program is provided before deployment Approach mall visitors and explain CoinFlip's crypto ATM and OTC services Assist customers with: - Setting up a secure crypto wallet- Registering at the ATM or OTC desk- Completing their first crypto transaction Promote and guide users through the CoinFlip wallet app download

Responsibilities

Distribute and track first-user discount cards (100% fee rebate) Refer customers to the OTC desk for large transactions and record referrals Log all customer interactions accurately using referral or tracking codes Follow company policies, compliance standards, and brand guidelines

Requirements

Matric or equivalent qualification Previous sales, retail, or customer-service experience preferred Tech-savvy and comfortable with mobile applications Confident, approachable, and professional communication skills Reliable and punctual, with own or dependable transport Fluent in English (additional South African languages advantageous)

Performance Targets

Number of new user registrations and wallet activations Verified transactions linked to referral codes Accuracy of daily reports and attendance
