Compensation: Uncapped Commission (per driver sign-up)

is hiring Field Sales Recruiters to rapidly expand the driver network.This is a high-energy, on-the-ground sales role. Your job is to find, pitch, and onboard new drivers onto the inDrive platform. Your success is measured by activated driver sign-ups, and your earnings are directly tied to your results.Your Mission:
Be the face of inDrive:
Confidently approach potential drivers in high-traffic areas across Gauteng.Sell the benefits:
Clearly explain why drivers should choose inDrive (fairer commissions, flexibility, etc.).Onboard & Activate:
Guide new drivers through the entire digital sign-up and verification process.Crush your targets:
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly driver acquisition goals.You Are The Right Fit If You:
Have a strong background in field sales, direct sales, or promotions. Are motivated by uncapped, commission-based earning potential. Are a natural communicator who is persistent and resilient. Are self-disciplined and can manage your own time and territory effectively.
