Field Sales Manager Fmcg Epping
Job Description
My client a leading and well known FMCG Company based in Epping, Cape Town requires a competent and experienced Field Sales Manager for the Retail Channel .
Requirements:
Matric essential
A tertiary qualification in Sales or Marketing would be beneficial.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years Sales and Merchandising experience.
Mid level mngmnt position with 2 direct reports and management of Agents.
SPAR Channel experience an advantage.
Must be an excellent SALES driver and Sales target driven.
Must be able to motivate agents to achieve targets
Must be client centric
Must have excellent all level communication skills.
Must be highly proficient in Excell
A valid drivers license is essential
Must speak English or Afrikaans fluently
Must be Criminal Clear
Mustbreside in the greater Cape Town area.
