Job Description

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
Prospecting and securing new business.
Understanding client needs and delivering tailored logistics solutions that add value to their supply chain.
Collaborating across multiple divisions to offer end-to-end supply chain services.
Managing RFIs/RFPs/RFQs and ensuring smooth operational handovers.
Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Negotiating contracts in line with corporate policies and approved credit limits.
Achieving set KPIs, including call volumes, revenue growth, and pipeline targets.
