Field Sales Executive

Job Description
We're seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative.
The ideal candidate is highly self-disciplined, goal-focused, and thrives in a performance-oriented environment.
A strong work ethic, proactive mindset, and a passion for exceeding targets are key to succeeding in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess customer needs to provide solutions, ensuring accurate and relevant information is shared regarding our products and services. Effectively articulate the value proposition of our offerings to drive conversions and support successful sales outcomes.
Requirements:
A valid Code 8 driver's license. Reliable roadworthy car. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Prior experience in sales is advantageous. Demonstrated self-motivation with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset. Personal laptop suitable for conducting day-to-day business tasks.
Work hours:
Monday- Friday: 08:00-17:00
Remuneration
Basic + Petrol Allowance + Car Allowance + Toll Allowance + Uncapped requiring commission (With Zero Baseline)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R9500,00 - R20000,00 per month
Experience:
Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
Code 8 License (Required)
Work Location: In person
