Our dedicated Service Desk serves as a single point of contact for reporting problems, logging service requests, and addressing queries.
This is a full-time role for an Information Technology Field Technician located in Pretoria. The Field Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers and printers, and performing computer repairs. The role will involve assisting with IT infrastructure setup, implementing system upgrades, and providing onsite support to end users.

Qualifications, Experience and talents:
A+ N+ Matric Valid driver's license 2 Years Support Desk 2 Years Hardware Patience Multitasking Adaptability Commitment Communication Customer Services Bi-lingual (English and Afrikaans)
Candidate must live in Pretoria. Elnatan was part of the 4-day work week trial running in South Africa from March 2023 till August 2023 and we successfully implemented it as a permanent benefit from September 2023. Elnatan's four-day Week comes with a 100% pay, 80%-time, 100% productivity model.
