? Location: Limpopo (near Hoedspruit)

? Salary: R20,000 - R35,000 per month (based on experience & qualifications)

? Start Date: ASAP

? Work Cycle: 4 weeks on, 1 week off / 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off

? What You'll Be Doing:

As a Field Guide Trainer, you'll be coaching and inspiring future guides through practical and theoretical training. Your role includes:

? Training & Mentorship
/u

? Conducting classroom-based lectures and interactive tutorials
br
? Leading game drives & guided bush walks to provide hands-on training
br
? Ensuring students develop strong practical skills & industry knowledge
br
br
u
? Programme & Safety Management
/u
br
? Overseeing student outings, logistics, and safety protocols
br
? Maintaining high training standards and programme structure
br
? Assisting in social media marketing, campus management & admin
br
u
? Innovation & Development
/u
br
? Supporting the development of online courses & training materials
br
? Continuously improving training methods to enhance student experience
br
u
? What You Need to Qualify:

We're looking for experienced, enthusiastic mentors with a strong guiding and training background:

? CATHSSETA NQF4 Certification
br
? VPDA Certification
br
? SASSETA Rifle Proficiency (PFTC)
br
? Valid Driver's License & PrDP
br
? First Aid Certification
br
? DEAT Registration & SAPS Competency Certificate
br
? Extensive 4x4 driving experience
br
? Minimum 5 years' experience guiding at a luxury lodge
br
? Excellent communication, mentoring & interpersonal skills
br
? Fluent in English (spoken & written)
br
? Strong organizational & presentation skills
br
? Computer proficiency
br
? Previous teaching, training, or management experience is a major plus!
