Job Summary Field Guide Limpopo | Luxury Game Lodge | Salary R7,200 Negotiable DOE | Live-In Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional Field Guide to join a luxury game lodge in Limpopo. The successful candidate will provide exceptional, safe, and engaging guided experiences that connect guests with the natural environment, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction and safety. Purpose of the Role: Deliver informative and immersive guided experiences in line with lodge and reserve standards Ensure all activities are conducted professionally, with respect for nature, safety, and guest enjoyment Minimum Requirements: FGASA Level 1 (Level 2 or 3 advantageous) 1-2 years' guiding experience Valid PDP and Driver's Licence Valid First Aid Level 1 Rifle handling certification (ARH or DEAT registered if walking) DEAT/THETA registration where required Strong communication, hosting, and storytelling skills Passion for conservation and guest service Fluent in English; other local languages advantageous Core Competencies: Deep knowledge of flora, fauna, and ecosystems with the ability to interpret and convey information accurately Exceptional guest service, engagement, and communication skills Ability to educate, entertain, and engage guests from diverse backgrounds Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Cultural sensitivity and professional conduct Calm; flexible, and solution-focused under changing conditions Effective team player and collaborator Working Conditions: Lodge-based role with live-in accommodation provided Required to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Remote area with limited access to town facilities
