CalBus Properties is looking for
dedicated and target-driven Field Consultants
to represent our residential development projects atJabulani Junction and Orlando Towers
.As a Field Consultant, you will be
stationed on-site daily
as the first point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them through unit selection and assisting with the sales process. You willrotate between sites
based on client appointments and operational requirements.Key Responsibilities
Be physically
present on-site daily
to welcome and assist prospective clients. Conducton-site tours
, walking clients through available units and show houses.Assist clients in selecting their preferred unit/stand
and communicate selections to the sales team for processing.Collect all required FICA documentation
from potential buyers (ID, proof of residence, and income documents).Facilitate signing of offers to purchase
on-site where possible or relay details to the responsible agent for completion. Work from thedesignated on-site office container
provided by CalBus Properties.Drive and close sales
, ensuring leads are converted to concluded deals.Requirements
Experience in
sales, real estate, or customer-facing roles
is advantageous.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
.Professional and presentable appearance
.Reliable daily on-site presence
is mandatory.Self-motivated
and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Knowledge ofFICA requirements and property sales processes
is an advantage. Must own acellphone
;own transport
is a plus.Remuneration
Monthly Stipend:
R2,500 (basic support stipend)Commission:
R1,000 per successfully concluded saleIncome Potential:
Earnings directly proportional to deals closedWorkspace and all necessary
on-site facilities will be provided
