Job Description
Our client has an opportunity available for a Field Consultant based in the Western Cape.
Requirements:
- Matric.
- N+ and A+.
- 1 to 5+ years' experience.
- Must be Computer Literate.
- Must have POS experience.
- Pin Pad or Speed point experience.
- Be able to assist with remote support.
- Must have a valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
- Must always be contactable on phone.
- Ability to work extended hours, weekends, on-site, and remotely when necessary.
- Required to travel and at times sleep over in remote areas as required.
- Cable Management Skills would be advantageous.
- Setup and launch new stores without supervision.
- Diagnose Hardware and Software problems.
- Provide clients with Pin Pads, Peripheral and Support within SLA.
- Replace and upgrade hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network related issues.
- Send daily feedback to Manager or Team Leader.
- Ensure that all customer queries are addressed within the SLA stipulated time frame.
