FICO/C&R Debt Manager:

• Utilize and manage Debt Manager v7/8/11 to oversee and optimize debt management processes.
• Employ in-depth knowledge of C&R licensed software to enhance the efficiency of debt recovery operations.

Cobol/JCL:

• Demonstrate proficiency in Cobol and JCL to ensure smooth data integration and migration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain robust Cobol and JCL solutions.

Recovery and Collections Systems:

• Apply comprehensive knowledge of recovery or collections systems operations to develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

FDR/FD (First Data) Application: (Desirable)

• Possess knowledge of the FDR/FD application, with the ability to integrate it seamlessly into debt management processes.
• Stay informed about updates and enhancements related to the FDR/FD application.

Rule Engine Application: (Desirable)

• Familiarity with Rule Engine applications such as Blaze or Drools.
• Collaborate with IT and analytics teams to implement and refine rule-based decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with C&R licensed software - Debt Manager v7/8/11 and Cobol or JCL.
• Knowledge of recovery or collections systems operations.
• Knowledge of Rule Engine applications

Additional Information

• Candidates based in South Africa and India will be given 1st preference.
• Primarily work from home but candidates must be prepared to be in the office when required (For SA-based candidates).
• 12 months initial contract to extend.
• Rate is negotiable depending on experience.
• South African Citizens, PR holders, and/or Foreign Nationals holding a valid Visa are welcomed.
