As a key member of the FICA Department, agents are tasked with the approval of
documentation. Their primary responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy and
completeness of all submitted documents, which involves verifying personal details,
dates, and other pertinent information. The role demands exceptional attention to
detail, strong analytical skills, and a dedication to delivering superior customer
service. Agents are also responsible for reviewing client documentation to ensure
compliance with company policies and regulations, while safeguarding against fraud
by validating the authenticity of the information and documents provided by clients.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
? Accurately verifying clients accounts and documentation.
? Review and assess client documentation and information to ensure it is
authentic
? Adhere to procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
? Problem solving.
? Pay attention to detail.
? Report and escalate any illegal or fraudulent activities to the Team leader.
? Collaborate with team members to ensure workload is managed
effectively and department goals are met.
? Share knowledge with team members to enhance overall department
performance.
? Work closely with other departments to resolve complex problems.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS :
? Computer Literate.
? Able to work flexible hours.
? Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
? Meeting daily, weekly and monthly targets provided to the agent.
? Telephonic etiquette skills.
