6 Month contract / Gauteng or Cape Town based / Hybrid Opportunity
Leading Insurance Client requires a Feature Analyst to join their delivery teams.
Description
- Gathering, analysing and documenting requirements
- Assist with the mapping of User journeys.
- Create relevant user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams comprised of product management, / UX, technology, support, testing and other subject matter experts to gather and analyze functional needs and user story requirements.
- Support Agile practices and encourage the improvement of service.
- Participate in the various agile processes such as release planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, sprint review and daily stand-ups.
- Create test cases and user acceptance criteria using standard test techniques.
Matric / Grade 12
Tertiary Qualification - Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) / Diploma in Business Analysts (FTI) nd Agile to ensure alignment with our Agile practices and methodology.
Min 4 years working experience as Feature Analyst / Business Analyst within Financial Services environment
Strong background in Agile and Analysis
