Responsibilities include:
Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and an excellent guest experience
Hiring, training, managing, and (when necessary) dismissing staff
Handling HR functions including scheduling, performance reviews, and staff development
Maintaining quality control across all food and beverage offerings
Managing supplier relationships, placing orders, and conducting regular stock takes
Monitoring costs, waste, and efficiency to ensure profitability
Driving PR initiatives and promoting the restaurant's brand within the community
Upholding health, safety, and food hygiene standards at all times
Requirements:
Proven experience as an F&B Manager or in a similar leadership role within hospitality
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resources
Passion for food, service, and guest satisfaction
Highly organized, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
