Job Description
Job Summary Duties:
Greeting & seating guests
Passing out menus
Taking phone calls
Maintaining a waitlist
Directing customers to coatrooms, restrooms or a waiting area
Relaying orders to the kitchen
Notifying supervisors of large parties
Distributing reservations among waiter stations
Advising waiters of special requests
Requirements:
Grade 12
A formal qualification will be an advantage
At least 3+ years' experience in luxury high end hotels / restaurants essential
On-the-job training and experience in a large, busy property, hotel / restaurant.
Computer literate
Package on offer:
Basic Salary: AED 3000 / USD 816.00 + service charge
