Brits Area North West: Our client is looking for a Farm Supervisor to join the team.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Agricultural qualification minimum, a Diploma
Strong leadership skills
Familiar with Global GAP standards and good administrative skills
Technically strong in citrus program pest control, fertilization and irrigation.
Ability to speak local language an advantage
Valid code 14 driving license

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

Plan work, allocate responsibilities/work, lead and supervise workers.
Manage irrigation schedules; ensure accurate execution of spray and fertilization programs.
Maximise productivity at the highest quality level and ensure export requirements are met.
Monitors harvest
Keep records of all work done
Well keeping of farm equipment; reporting breakages; submitting required materials e.g. chemicals, fertilizers.
