Farm Manager
Job Description
Western Cape - South Africa: We're looking for a hands-on, results-driven Farm Manager with solid leadership skills and a true owner's mentality to take charge of day-to-day operations on a diverse farming unit.
This role requires someone with broad, practical experience across key farming areas - including livestock, planting, mechanical maintenance, irrigation systems (Conala), and basic medical care (medics). If you're a strong decision-maker who thrives in a dynamic farm environment, this is your opportunity to step into a role where your expertise will be highly valued
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
- Minimum 10 years' experience in agricultural field
- Proven previous cropping experience (wheat & canola)
- Proven experience with cattle
- Experience with GPS, autosteer
- Maintenance and mechanically orientated
- Good record keeping skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lead and work with a team
- Computer literate
- Valid driver's license
