Job Description
Bergville Area - KwaZulu Natal: An exciting opportunity is available for a hands-on Farm Manager to establish and oversee a new Dorper sheep flock of 1,000 in the Bergville area. This role requires a candidate with strong management, organisational, and practical farming skills, who can set up and run the operation from the ground up.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Agricultural Degree / Diploma advantageous Minimum 5 years' experience in agricultural field Previous experience with sheep farming Maintenance orientated Ability to motivate and work with staff Strong communication skills Computer literate Valid driver's license

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Manage all administrative & practical areas of a Sheep farm inc but not limited to To set up all structures, facilities & resources required for the effecting running of a flock of 1000 Dorper Sheep Asist in procurement of sheep, manage budgets & labour. All practically & administratively Reporting including budgets & expenditure on weekly & monthly basis
