MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
?
Five or more years of experience managing environmentally controlled poultry houses. Strong mechanical and electrical proficiency Experience with SKOV/MUNTERS climate control systems Computer literate with solid record-keeping skills Proven ability to lead a team and drive productivity. Physically fit with no allergies to feathers/dust.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
Oversee daily operations of broiler houses, including chick placement, feeding, ventilation, and bird health. Manage climate control systems to ensure optimal production conditions Monitor and maintain water, feed, and sanitation systems Enforce biosecurity protocols and ensure accurate documentation Lead, train, and manage farm staff effectively
