- A degree or diploma in agriculture advantageous
- Minimum of three years' experience on apple or pome farm in a management role.
- Ability to work with and motivate a team
- Computer literate
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Mechanical knowledge will be an advantage.
- Valid driver's license
