Job Summary MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Agricultural or Horticulture qualification.
Proven Avocado and Macadamia Farm management experience essential.
Min of 5 years on-farm experience.
Nursery experience.
Proficient in English. (Afrikaans and Northern Sotho, Sepedi or Tsonga would be beneficial).
Maintenance skills: Vehicles, Fencing, equipment, building.
Computer literate.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong management skills.
Budget management.
People skills.
