Job Summary

Are you an experienced Pre Legal Collection / Recoveries Agent (Credit Cards / loans) who have worked at one of the TOP 4 Banks in SA. If you are ready for a new career adventure and available for a 3 month contract in Sandton, please do read further

Will not consider candidates who have not worked at the bank directly.

MUST BE FAIS compliant - RE 5 OR Relevant qualification for BANKING FAIS credits

Portfolio only consists of credit cards

Perform the full collection process

Capture client information on the system and make notes after calls conducted to debtors

Manage early stage collections

Deal with inbound and outbound calls

Know how to work from a dialler or worklist

Deal with TOP banking clients on a daily basis

Be very professional

Work towards achieving target so you can qualify for cash incentives

Be available immediately for a 3 month contract at a Top leading Bank

Must have worked as a Collection Agent / Recoveries Agent with at least 2 - 4 years' experience on credit card collections / loans, working at a BANK. Must have done early stage collections, must have been exposed to inbound and outbound calls

Have a great track record

Must have contactable references, clear criminal record, clear credit history to be considered (This means no missed payments on accounts, handovers, judgements, debt review)

Able to work shifts and weekends

Need to have reliable transport
