Key Performance Areas
(KPA's):
KPA's will include (but are not limited to) the following essential responsibilities:
Lead the design and execution of comprehensive learning strategies tailored to organizational goals.
Coordinate with internal and external partners to develop high-quality training materials.
Conduct needs assessments and learning evaluations to inform program enhancements.
Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all learning offerings, catering to diverse audiences.
Develop metrics and reporting processes to measure the impact of learning initiatives.
Engage with learners to gather feedback and adapt programs to enhance user experience.
Facilitate leadership development programs to cultivate future leaders within the organization.
Education & Experience:
Relevant tertiary qualification, or a related field in Learning and Development is advantageous
Project Management Expert in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery.
Instructional Design Skilled in designing engaging and effective learning experiences.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration.
English (Fluent)
