Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our factory. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of production staff, ensuring quality control, and meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a factory team and other production staff Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met Implement and maintain quality control procedures Manage inventory and supply chain logistics related to wig production Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Train and develop production staff Identify and resolve production issues or bottlenecks Collaborate with design and development teams for new wig styles Maintain a clean and organized production environment

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in a relevant field Minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory role Strong leadership and team management skills Attention to detail and quality control Problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in relevant production software and systems beneficial
Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to R16000,00 per month
