Job Description
Introduction:
We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager with strong expertise in toilet paper manufacturing to oversee daily production operations, ensure efficiency, maintain quality standards, and lead factory personnel.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in tissue paper production lines.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end factory operations, including production, maintenance, and logistics
Oversee toilet paper manufacturing processes (rewinding, converting, packaging, and quality control)
Ensure production targets are met with optimal efficiency and minimal waste
Implement and maintain quality, safety, and hygiene standards
Supervise, train, and motivate production staff and supervisors
Monitor raw material usage, inventory, and machine performance
Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
Prepare production reports and manage operational costs
Desired Experience:
Proven experience as a Factory Manager or Production Manager in toilet paper/tissue manufacturing
Strong knowledge of tissue paper machinery and production processes
Experience with quality control, safety standards, and preventive maintenance
Technical or engineering background is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R20000,00 - R35000,00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Killarney Gardens, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Toilet Paper Manufacturing : 1 year (Preferred)
