As the FMCG Factory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. You will play a crucial role in managing production processes, optimizing resources, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility to meet production targets.
• Implement and enforce production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Continuously monitor and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Team Leadership:

• Lead and motivate a diverse team of production staff, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities for team members.
• Quality Assurance:

• Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality goods.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address and resolve any product-related issues.
• Resource Optimization:

• Manage and optimize resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet production goals.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Health and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the manufacturing facility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Proven experience in FMCG manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role of 200 direct employees.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
