POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of relevant hands-on factory or production floor experience, especially in managerial roles that require technical understanding and staff supervision
- National Diploma or Degree in Production / Operations / Manufacturing Management
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of health & safety, quality control, and stock management
- Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
- Competitive Salary Package (Negotiable based on experience)
