A Factory Manager to oversee the efficient execution of production plans by managing both human and machine resources.

- Oversee and execute the production plan, ensuring targets are met efficiently.
- Identify and report any production issues to management for resolution.
- Train staff to improve performance, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
- Enforce staff discipline to maintain a productive work environment.
- Schedule shifts and allocate resources effectively to maximize output.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to uphold product and process standards.
