Job Description
Falcon
is seeking a hands-on and experiencedFactory Manager
to oversee thefull factory operation
and ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production.This role includes enforcing
quality standards
, ensuringJIT stock availability
, maintainingequipment and buildings
, and upholding stricthealth and safety compliance
.The Factory Manager will also lead a strong operational team through effective
performance management
,training
,succession planning
, and clear, disciplined leadership to keep Falcon's factory running at peak performance.With
NQF Level 6
, acertificate/diploma with completed artisan apprenticeship
, andat least 3 years' production experience
--including3 years in a managerial role
--the ideal candidate will driveproduction planning
,resource optimisation
, andcontinuous improvement initiatives
