Key Responsibilities Supervise daily work of technicians and contractors; ensure PPM schedules and work orders are completed. Conduct quality checks and enforce HSE compliance (toolbox talks, PTWs, incident reporting). Maintain materials/spares control; coordinate with vendors and ensure job close-out documentation. Support troubleshooting across MEP and soft services; escalate issues to Facilities Manager as required.
Key Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in facilities supervision, preferably in residential compounds. Knowledge of MEP systems, hard and soft FM services. Strong supervisory and hands-on technical skills. Understanding of HSE procedures and quality control. Ability to manage daily operations efficiently and escalate appropriately.
