Job Description

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans; maintain asset register and lifecycle planning. Manage vendors and SLAs, including tendering, contracts, KPI tracking, and performance reviews. Ensure HSE compliance across sites; oversee risk assessments, PTWs, emergency response, and contractor safety. Track utilities and energy consumption; implement efficiency initiatives; maintain backup systems. Prepare monthly performance reports, variance analysis, and cost optimization plans. Lead, train, and manage technicians and contractors; oversee rosters and on-call coverage.
Key Requirements 812 years experience in facilities management, preferably in residential compounds. Strong technical knowledge across hard and soft FM services. Proven ability to manage vendors and operational budgets. Experience implementing HSE standards and utilities/energy management programs. Excellent team leadership, planning, and reporting skills.
