Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinate daily visitor and meeting room requirements
Monitor maintenance requests and supplier performance
Manage procurement and invoice processes
Support budget tracking and reporting
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Maintain accurate records and reports

Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Qualifications
Grade 12; facility/building qualification is a plus
3 years' experience in a similar role
Proficient in MS Office and Infor EAM
