Job summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and facilitating training programs that equip employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to maintain a safe and healthy work environment while minimizing our impact on the environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Health and Safety Management and Environmental Management Training
Key responsibilities:
Design, develop, and facilitate training programs for Health, Safety Management and Environmental Management.
Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirement
Deliver training sessions to employees at various levels, including management and operational staff
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant
Develop and maintain training records and reports
Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practices
Preferred qualifications:
National diploma in health and safety management
National diploma in environmental management
ETDP-SETA
10 years work experience
