Job Description
Job Title: Fabricator
Geographical area: Olifantsfontein, Gauteng
Salary range: R 50 R 100 per hour
The successful incumbent will be responsible for:
- Mild Steel Sheet Metal Fabrication.
- Aluminum Sheet Metal Fabrication.
- Paneling (GRP Honeycomb & WP Construction Board Panels).
- General Fitment.
- Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Must be able to fabricate and construct according to engineering drawings.
- Must be able to use basic hand tools and measuring equipment.
- Must be proficient with basic operations such as drilling, grinding, cutting, riveting using
- handheld power tools.
- Mild Steel MIG welding experience beneficial
- Aluminum TIG welding experience beneficial
- Spray painting experience beneficial
- Plumbing/Auto Electrical experience beneficial
- Shopfitting/Carpentry experience beneficial
- Knowledge of basic Quality Control procedures
- Grade 12 or N3
- Welding qualification
- A minimum of 5 years experience
- Sober habits
