Key Performance Areas (Duties & Responsibilities):
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
Cold calling.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Co-ordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Analyse the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports.
Academic Requirements & Experience:
Minimum Qualification: Matric
Tertiary Qualification: Will be advantageous. Experience: Minimum 5 years.

Welding equipment and consumables.
Gas cutting equipment.
Generators.
Abrasives, hand tools and power tools.
Rental of welding and construction related equipment.
Requirements & Skills:
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
Be knowledgeable about the product offering.
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
Prioritizing, time management and organisational skills.
Code 08 drivers license.
Clear criminal and credit record.
