External Sales Representative

Job Description

Sales rep position available with a fast-growing engineering supplies business.

Minimum 5 years (preferably longer) direct experience selling industrial consumables or tools to manufacturing companies on the East Rand or South of Johannesburg. Particular emphasis on engineering and steel fabrication companies. Direct experience with product categories such as abrasives, lubricants and sprays, adhesives and sealants, drilling and milling consumables, protective gear, welding consumables, hand tools and power tools. Existing customer relationships with buyers responsible for consumables and tools. Ability to hit the ground running with existing relationships. Grade 12 education Will only consider applicants 25 years or older.
Personal attributes: Ambitious self-starter, with high attention to detail, who wants to be part of a dynamic and growing team.
