Job Responsibilities - External Sales Representative (Electronic Accessories)

1. Sales & Business Development

Actively promote and sell electronic accessories to new and existing customers.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

2. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retailers, distributors, and resellers.

Conduct regular client visits to understand customer needs and ensure satisfaction.

Provide product knowledge, demonstrations, and technical support when needed.

3. Market & Product Knowledge

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and pricing.

Advise customers on the latest electronic accessories and upsell additional products.

Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to management.

4. Territory Management

Plan and manage sales routes effectively to maximize coverage.

Monitor stock levels at customer outlets and assist with replenishment orders.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and follow-ups.

5. Reporting & Administration

Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports.

Record all customer interactions, orders, and payments accurately.

Work with the internal sales/admin team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

6. Marketing & Promotion

Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and product launches.

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Represent the company brand professionally in all interactions.

7. After-Sales Support

Handle customer queries, complaints, and warranty claims effectively.

Provide training to customers on product features and usage.

Ensure a high level of customer retention and loyalty.

Package includes basic, comm, company car, cell phone and laptop.
