A leading plastics manufacturing company is seeking an experienced External Sales Representative to join their team in Elandsfontein, Gauteng. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and results-oriented sales professional with a strong background in industrial or manufacturing sales. The ideal candidate will excel at building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients within assigned territories.
• Conduct regular client visits to present products, provide technical support, and secure new business.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements

• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• Proven track record as an External Sales Representative, preferably within the plastics or manufacturing industry.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and own reliable transport.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is advantageous.
