Job Description
This is a full-time role for an External Sales Representative at Barnes Fencing Industries (CPT), primarily in and around Garden Route. The External Sales Representative will be responsible for sales calls , building relationships with clients, providing exceptional customers services and developing new business opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Service the customer base effectively and build strong relationships.
. Prospect for new customers.
. Have good product knowledge.
. Effective marketing of new and existing products.
. Effective lead management.
. Familiarity with market and market trends.
. Proper administration of CRM.
. Adherence to sales policies and procedures.
. Timeous and effective response to customer complaints.
. Contribution to team effort.
Qualifications and Experience:
A relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous.
. Professional communication skills and listening skills
. 5 years' experience in a technical sales environment
. Technical sales skills and experience.
Dealing with different personalities.
. Time and territory management.
. Computer literate - MS office, CRM.
. Stable track record.
. Confident, articulate and presentable.
. Honest and of high energy.
