Key AccountabilitiesMaintain good working relationship with existing customers, and develop new customers
Be accountable for order intake of KSB's mechanical seal portfolio and related business
Knowledge of the design and operational requirements of mechanical seals, pumps and other rotating equipment
Maintain regular, planned visits and communication with key customers in the area you support
Conduct detailed product Demonstration to customer & generate enquiries for the product offered
Educate customers on the quality features and uses of our mechanical seal product range through the full use of KSB marketing strategies
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customers' needs and expectations are met
Able to work independently, efficiently and communicate productively with others
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comply with and enforce all KSB Pumps & Valves (Pty) Ltd policies and procedures
Carry out all other reasonable tasks that may be delegated from time to time
Collaborate with the team across the company and contribute to achieve the company targets
EDUCATION: Diploma/B-Tech Mechanical Engineering qualification or related field
REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 3 -5 years' experience preferably in the pumping industry specializing in mechanical
seals and rotating equipment
Mechanical seal sales and application
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook,
MS Project
SAP- advantageous
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Customer centric

Ability to work well in a team and independently
Time management
Prioritise and meet deadlines
Ability to work under pressure, and as part of a team
