Eduvos is seeking to appoint

Independent Contractors

to assist with

marking responsibilities

across various modules in the

Commerce Faculty

at our Eduvos Tyger Valley campus on a part-time contractual basis.

Remuneration & Training:




Payment is based on the

number of scripts marked

, according to a

sliding scale

based on module level (Level 1, 2, or 3).

Training

will be provided to ensure consistency and adherence to marking standards.

Minimum Requirements



Requirements:




Qualification:

Relevant Honors qualification in the relevant field of Commerce.

Relevant subject knowledge

in Commerce.

Strong attention to detail

to ensure fair and consistent assessment.

Computer literacy

(essential for online marking and administrative tasks).

Ability to meet strict deadlines

(non-negotiable).

Team player mindset

with good communication skills.

Hybrid work agreement

will be dependent on subject allocations - external markers may be required to collect / mark paper-based assessments at the allocated Eduvos campus

Duties and Responsibilities



Key Responsibilities:




Marking paper-based assessments

, to be collected and returned to the designated campus.

Marking online scripts

via the Learning Management System (LMS).

Accurately recording and submitting marks

on the LMS.

The following modules require markers to be in close proximity to the Eduvos Tyger Valley campus should scripts need to be collected and returned:

Research Methodology

Work Integrated Learning

Economics

Tax

Accounting

Mathematics

Employment Relations

Quantitative Analysis

Marketing
