Literacy and the necessary skills in communication, reading, writing and mathematics are essential
Sound communication and language skills in English
Must be a South African citizen (Valid ID should be provided)

Must be unemployed
Age between 18 - 35 years
Must not have completed the same learnership at another company
Excellent health
Team player
Eager to learn new skills
The ability to cope with a constant changing and pressurized environment
