Work Description



The Experiential Learner is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to departmental activities in alignment with the company requirements. The Experiential Learner will assist in maintaining documentation, conducting basic research, and supporting process implementation whilst engaging in ongoing learning activities.

Primary Work Objectives and Functions


Assist with the execution of departmental projects and activities. Provide administrative support to the department. Capture, record and report on all data collected from department activities and programs. Attend and participate in meetings, training sessions, and departmental initiatives. Maintain confidentiality and adherence to company policy


SELECTION CRITERIA


Education


Matric NQF level 4 or equivalent.

Advantageous


Excellent Mathematics, English and Science Matric results Post-matric certification Driver's License desirable

Experience


Exposure in a health care administrative space would be an added advantage.
