and a fast-paced, high-energy environment.What we're looking for:
5+ years experience
in a bar management role Proven ability to managehigh-volume service
environments Strong leadership skills - you know how tomotivate and manage a team
Solid knowledge ofcost control, stock taking, and ordering procedures
A hands-on, solutions-oriented attitude and excellentproblem-solving skills
Someone who thrives under pressure and can keep a cool headResponsibilities include:
Overseeing daily bar operations across all three bars Managing bar staff schedules, training, and performance Ensuring stock is always accounted for and correctly ordered Maintaining high standards of customer service and presentation Driving sales and hitting performance targets
