Salary: R22,000 per month (negotiable DOE) Key Responsibilities: Assist the Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality and consistency Support menu planning, preparation, and presentation to meet high standards Supervise; train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and professionalism Monitor inventory, manage stock, and assist with ordering supplies Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations Collaborate with management to enhance guest satisfaction Step in for the Executive Chef as needed to maintain smooth kitchen operations Requirements: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant Strong culinary skills with creativity and attention to detail Leadership and team management abilities Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards Passion for hospitality and exceptional guest experiences ?
