- Partnering with the Executive Chef to keep daily kitchen operations running like clockwork.

- Helping to design and deliver menus that are creative, seasonal, and delicious.

- Leading, training, and mentoring a passionate kitchen brigade.

- Keeping stock, supplies, and quality checks in order.
p
- Ensuring the kitchen runs to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

- Stepping up for the Executive Chef when needed to ensure a seamless service.

- Has proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant.

- A valid driver's license and own vehicle.
