Job Summary ? ?? is assisting a luxury safari lodge in Limpopo to recruit a creative & passionate ???? ???? to join their culinary team. This position calls for a talented individual with strong leadership ability, a commitment to excellence, and the creativity to contribute to the lodge's exceptional dining experience. The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Chef to supervise and lead the kitchen and elevate the property's culinary standards. Previous 5 star kitchen experience is essential. ?? A food portfolio must be submitted with your application that clearly displays your creativity, innovation and attention to detail. All images with be checked to ensure ownership Requirements Formal culinary qualification preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in a 5-star lodge or hotel kitchen. Strong technical cooking skills across multiple sections. Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management abilities. Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations. Creative flair with a passion for fine cuisine and presentation. Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency.
