PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To coordinate the Planning departmentxe2x80x99s office activities and provide assistance to the Chief Executive: Planning and Planning Department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Management of senior leaderxe2x80x99s calendars
General office management
Maintain record of all IT and office equipment
Coordinating meeting schedules
Office reception and screening of calls
Administration of monthly reports
Planning and organizing functions and meetings
Building presentations
Making travel and accommodation arrangements
Processing of payments of invoices for the Planning department on SAP
Responding to written communication
Ad hoc tasks
JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12
Secretarial / Office coordinator Diploma
5 years experience as secretary to senior management / executive.
Retail experience will be an advantage
Experience with travel arrangements both domestic and international.
PC literacy (MS Office / Google Suite)
Knowledge and understanding of event coordination
Strong service orientation
Competencies: Devotion to quality, Planning, Flexibility, Initiative, Performing under pressure
